Kilim Rug ANTK2

A large, one-off, antique hand woven Kilim rug made using traditional flatweave techniques.

This rug has numerous areas of wear and it also has several repairs. The pictures show some areas of wear and repairs, these are across the whole rug. The rug was made in two pieces with a seam in the middle, this is a frequently used technique seen in rugs of this age. This rug also has some discolouration on the lighter areas.

The rug displays very well and contains beautiful colours. Suitable for wall hanging, large sofa throw or very light tread area (spare bedroom) with suitable underlay.
